Worst customer service ever. Very unprofessional. Waited all day long just for them to get mad bc I thought about leaving a bad review . So they said they would not put Freon in our AC unless we said we would leave a good review. Why would I leave a good review for poor service. Then they removed my bad review!!! DO NOT USE . Left children with no AC over a review that didn’t exist yet. They came out before this visit & didn’t even fix the problem .

I have used C&J A/C for the past 4 years and have never had a bad expirence. They return phone calls promptly, let you know exactly what is wrong with your system, they are honest, always show up when they are supposed to, call you when they are on their way, and are always friendly. Unfortunatley for me my A/C unit had finally given out on the last repair visit but I will be calling them to install the new unit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! Wonderful people to deal with!
