"I have a hand woven, wool rug, that is incredibly challenging to keep clean, especially with dogs. I met with Charles, and he stated that this was something they could absolutely take care of. The customer service was exceptional, and my rug came back looking and feeling, brand new! I will definitely use their services again! Don't waste any time, call these guys, they're on it!"

"This is a large commercial property that has to look good before our board members come in. He uses different tools and temperatures depending on what is needed to get the job done for the hardest gum spots and oil stains to getting simple cobwebs and dirt off. "My carpet looks so good! I was positive that my carpet needed to be replaced after being stained by 2 dogs and 3 kids over 2 years but the technician came out the next day after I called and assured me that it could be cleaned. He was so polite and also cleaned a small area rug for me! Best part is that the carpet dried before my kids got home from school."

I have previously used arrow upholstery a number of years ago to re- upholster our furniture when we moved to san Antonio. as we are remodeling our house and up grading our furniture we stopped by their office on St.Mary's street to see about the job we wanted done. we where met by the owner and as we explained what we required he reviewed what they do and stated he would have his sale man stop by to look at our request. and would than be able to quote a price for what we needed done. they where very prompt. very easy to do business with, and all of there employees who arrived to pick up and deliver our re-upholstery very polite . I would rate there service and quality of workmanship as outstanding.

Couch Cleaning Services questions, answered by experts

No, running your furnace without an air filter isn’t better than running it with a dirty filter. Even if it’s dirty, a filter will still prevent particles from blowing around your ducts and your house. However, neither of these options is good for your furnace or your health. Replace your filter once every one to three months for optimal furnace performance and air quality.

If you have a lot of dust in your home, an air purifier can help draw dust, pet dander, and pollen out of the air and trap it in a filter. Air purifiers are especially nice if you have allergies or lots of pets as air purifiers that use a HEPA filter can reduce allergens by up to 99.7%.

NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certification is not legally required for HVAC technicians in most areas, but hiring a professional with this certification is highly recommended. NATE-certified technicians demonstrated their expertise and proficiency in different types of HVAC systems, offering assurance of quality service. It's a voluntary certification, yet it indicates a commitment to professionalism and ongoing training. Choosing a NATE-certified technician often means you're working with someone who is up-to-date on industry standards and best practices, which can lead to better service, energy efficiency, and long-term cost savings.

While you can run your HVAC system without an air filter, it isn’t something professionals recommend—especially not for an extended period. It can reduce indoor air quality, clog air ducts, and strain your system. This can lead to performance issues, higher energy bills, costly repairs, and a reduction in the system's lifespan.

Some AC filters, known as reusable filters, can be cleaned and reinserted. Most AC filters, however, are disposable and cannot be cleaned.
