"We had some problems with our AC drain lines backing up. We managed to clean out the lines, but we still wanted an inspection to make sure we got everything taken care of. We called to schedule on Wednesday and got an afternoon appointment for Thursday. Frank came out at the appointed time and got to work. He inspected the work that we'd done, and gave a more thorough inspection to the heat exchanger coils, drip pan and drain lines. All the while he was a font of information on the best way to maintain the system and tell if it's in good working order. After all our kibitzing and the work that he did only charged us for a standard service call.
