DUE TO PERSONAL ISSUES, I KEPT THEM HANGING FOR 10 DAYS. BUT WHEN I FINALLY GOT BACK TO THEM, SERVICE WAS VERY PROMPT, EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOTH THIS CENTRAL VACUUM AND THE INSTALLERS.

I was not clear on the HomeAdvisor role in the process. Know that they are only the firm that connects you to repair providers, they don't perform any repair service. There were several hand-offs, but the technician that did the work was great and saved us a lot of money by engineering a solution in the absence of available parts.

Very helpful and friendlly! We had moved in to a house with a central vacuum system and Aerus/Electrolux brought us an owner's manual and gave us a little class on how to use and maintain all the parts in addition to fixing the broken part that we originally called about.
