"In response to a request for someone to repair my Weber gas grill thru Angi’s list, I was contacted by Plano Masonry and Chimney. I was told they mainly do fireplaces and do not provide this service but recommended Jeffrey. Jeffrey contacted me within 30 min, on the Saturday afternoon before Memorial Day! A couple hours later, the grill was fixed and the brats were cooking! The owner of Plano Masonry and Chimney was awesome, going out of his way to help us. Jeffrey communicated his ETA, kept me informed throughout the repair process, which was quick and successful. He was very personable and we felt comfortable having him in our home. It was reassuring to know there are people willing to go out of their way to help, especially on a holiday weekend! Because of them, we celebrated on Memorial Day the way we had hoped."

Appointment was set out a week in advance between 8 & 11 am, I actually called them at 10:45 and they said be there around 2pm. We rescheduled for the following Friday. Finally after they replaced the cap and put a seal on the door I have a smoke filled house and they're telling me they have nobody to come back and correct the problem. Terrible after the service business. Its ridiculous that I am having the same exact issue from before they diagnosed the problem, supposedly fixed it and charged me now I have to wait and deal with the smoke filled home.
