I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. I would personally recommend Alex and his team to anyone."

Then, I went out of town for a few days, so it took a couple of weeks before we were able to get connected. Once we did, they were able to schedule us within a week. The roof repairman showed up on time and was kind and professional. He quickly assessed the potential leak sites, caulking several vents and recommended replacing a couple of others that he explained were very common to replace. He had replacements in his van and installed them quickly for an additional $100, which was reasonable. I was impressed by his level of knowledge, preparedness, and expertise. Since I'm writing this review two months from having the work done, I am pleased to report there have not been any leaks in my roof, even after a very heavy rain a couple of weeks ago (around 3 inches in one night), that would've certainly leaked, if the repairs were not done properly. I would not hesitate to call these folks, when the need arises, nor recommend them to neighbors and friends.
