We had an issue with the drainage of the purifier as it occupied our washer and dryer which prevented our washing machine installation and Costco denied the installation. "DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. I would personally recommend Alex and his team to anyone."

"It went fabulously well! We were on a limited budget but still wanted to give the kitchen a "face lift".
When we installed our counter-tops years ago we chose bone colors for tile and grout. Through the years this had stained terribly and some tiles were very worn out from me bleaching them. Several had cracks and pieces missing.
Great Grout worked with us to locate tile that matched our nearly 20 year old ceramic tile (not easy!). The crew came in and meticulously removed all old grout. They replaced all end cap tiles and several counter top tiles. Then they re grouted with a much darker grout color. Afterwards they sealed everything. It looks terrific!! Much better than we anticipated.
Giovanni was very prompt and responsive in his communication with us throughout the entire process.  The crew worked very hard and cleaned up afterwards. 
We are VERY pleased and already have another project in mind already!
