He even suggested and disconnected a gas lamp line that was off but not disconnected to stop the chance of a future gas leak. When he went to restart the hot water heater, the actuator switch had frozen so he quickly went and got a new one so we could get our hot water back on. We were pleased with his helpful attitude and attention to detail.
