Skylar Rankin has done it again! Once again, he was very friendly, very informative, and answered all of my questions. He went above and beyond and addressed things not in the scope of the original appointment. Not only did he complete the original requested work but improved my house and my safety. John Kesl was prompt, professional and meticulous in the many projects he performed. In addition to the light fixture in the garage, he installed a new muti-function (2 light, heat & exhaust). He explained everything he intended to do & provided several options if available. If I need electrical work done in the future, I will ask for him by name.

MR EDWARD BURTON, was dispatched to do this residential multi-day- intense and complicated electrical repair and upgrade service. He was very Knowledgeable, Professional and obviously a subject matter expert for this complicated service. He explained in detail, no surprise billings and itemized in detail work performed with pictures of pre and post services. We have used Mr Electric for many years and would never use any other electrical service. We are very pleased with his performance and credit Mr Electric for always employing such Professional electrical experts.

I needed a couple of light fixtures replaced and a ceiling fan replaced. Mike Rogers was the service rep, and he did a great job. He even took the time to clean up the debris from the project. I also needed some light bulbs replaced and he took care of that also. I just really appreciate the help. At 81 yrs. old I can't climb on ladders anymore, so, it was great to have someone who could reach the light fixtures to change the bulbs. It's the little things that make the difference and Mike took the time to provide that. I'll defiantly be calling Mr. Electric again.

Mr Electric answered my call and within the same morning a Mr Electric technician arrived. Skylar already had familiarity with the problem as related to him by the efficient team member that took my call. I affirmed the issue at hand and he went right to work pinpointing the problem and patiently explaining correction options and pricing of which he gave me two options to consider. Skylar explained clearly the options and time frame for completing repairs. He went right to work and the electrical resolved resolved.

This was an optimal experience and I will use them again. They were very pleasant and interested in their work, and spent extra time making sure everything was done well. Paid them a lot of money, still have the issue I asked them to fix (non functioning GFCI in kitchen). Asked to have technician return, appointment made to return. I was there, he no showed I am very disappointed... ***REVIEW EDIT*** So after my poor review, Ginger from Mr. Electric did reach out to me several times to make things right. She offered to send another electrician and/or adjust the bill. I appreciate her efforts and do feel that the issue is not the fault of the electrician. The corporate decision to have an offsite call center scheduling workers for appointments in this instance lead to frustration for both myself and their employees.
