I had all the rotted wood replaced on the fascia boards and the entire chimney was replaced with Hardie Board. The work was done in 2.5 days. The two gentlemen that did all the work were courteous and through. The house looks fantastic."

"Platinum prices were very competitive and the work was very detailed. The pressure washed was done the night before, and the old gutters were removed a few days earlier. They were on time and started working immediately after Chris, the project manager, instructed them on what to do. They caulked all the seems on the wood before starting the painting and protected other areas. Chris was here at the start and end of both painting and gutters projects. He was very responsive through out the work. The gutters were installed a few days after. Everything looks great, I’ll definitely hire Platinum in the future for the inside painting."

They thoroughly cleaned, prepped, sanded, repaired/replaced rotten wood, painted...and cleaned up. As the crew left each evening, they stacked their ladders and gathered their equipment and materials so things weren't scattered around our property each day. They did the entire project exactly how they said they would and I didn't perceive them taking any shortcuts. Their 14-year old son worked with the experienced painters so this really is a "family affair."
