"Miguel responded promptly and was out same day of contact. I was originally in the market for a couple rooms and hallways. Miguel offered the whole house at a fair price and was able to come out next day with his team, they knocked out a 2200 sqf unfurnished home in 1 day! I had decided to do the baseboards as well, but was already over budget. Miguel was flexible on payments and even did all of our window sills while he was there.
