Outstanding. We have been a customer of XTRAMAID for many years and we love the quality of their work. We are most impressed by being able to keep the same team and as such have developed friendships with them. I do not know if we would ever accept a change in the team.

We had a deep clean first and were super impressed by the work done by the two ladies. My house have never been cleaner! We’ve since had them come every 2 weeks (to clean the downstairs only) for almost the past year. We love the work they do! They take care of our things (I’ve had bad experience in the past with a cleaner seeming to always break things) and have great attention to detail. Only areas for improvement is the responsiveness of the manager via email. Overall, love our crew and would highly recommend them!

The Xtra Maid crew showed up on time and did an amazing job of cleaning the house. They even cleaned the inside of the oven! The countertops looked new, all surfaces were dusted, and I was extremely satisfied with the job. I will definitely be hiring them again!!!

They have been cleaning my home every second week for some years now. Although there have been various members of the cleaning crew, the crew chief has been constant and I really appreciate her and the other ladies work. I live alone and could never manage this myself. The house sparkles, they put fresh linens on the bed for me, and will do an extra bathroom if I have a guest coming. They are beyond excellent. The only downside is that I do not speak Spanish, but somehow we manage to communicate using Google Translate. The owner is bilingual, and that helps if the (very) rare issue appears. Bottom line: best maid service I have ever had almost 25 years of using housekeeping services.

I can't say it enough. I'm totally amazed by the cleaning services provided by Xtra Maid. They literally clean everything. Scrubbed my bathtub. Cleaned the kitchen appliances. Even the kitchen sink! I'd been planning on hiring a cleaning service for a long time but I wish I'd done this sooner. I've hired them twice already, approximately 2 months apart and I definitely plan on working with them again in the future

Highly recommend XTRA MAID. We hired them to do complete 1st floor cleaning following a Master Bath remodel. The ladies (3) were on time, skilled, and left us with a spotless 1st floor far exceeding our expectations. AND XTRA MAID was priced competitively.

Prior to working with Xtra maid, we had a challenge with other services. We wanted a team that we could trust, was a good value and would provide a consisted great job. We've worked with them for the last 8 years and they're fantastic. Flexible and friendly, they adapted when we've moved to new homes and when we had kids. They do an amazing job and we feel very fortunate to have them.
