This install was 7 hours for each person or 14 hours which cost me over $1300 to install 1 door. The door was already prehung. The 2 men were walking around wasting time, pretending to look for parts such as door handles which were right in front of them in the box. This is deceptive, false advertising, and will be reported to the BBB. They didn’t even get my confirmation/approval for additional hours or work! I will NEVER use their services again. Duped!"

"Alex Blaker and his team were referred to me by ADU small home sales person in Austin Tx. My project was creating additional barrier walls in a home for the PadSplit app. We had to add 3 electrical outlets, as well as connect a clothes washer that required all lines electrical and water to be ran. Alex was cordial, easy to work with and genuinely cares about the work and level of craftsmanship that goes into the project. You will meet Dario and others on his team who are incredibly polite, clean, and efficient. Project was completed in a little over a week. Budget: initial bid around $7800 + taxes, two owner approved add ons elevated the project around $600. (Plug relocation, and dryer vent routing) Payment was made in 3 payments over the life of the project. I like this as it lets you see the project be started first. Alex kept me in the loop every day and came over in person to inspect, and recommend updates to the job. "Do not hire, this is a man will take your money and do nothing to earn it. I asked him to paint my walls white,he painted them blue. I asked him to hang up a TV. He hung it up sloppy. I asked him to change the plug outlets, he didn’t even check to see if they worked before leaving and of course, 90% of them did not work anymore. He changed my light fixtures created new holes and left cracks all through the drywall where my lights were initially at. I’m not mad at the workers. I’m mad at him because if he was a better leader and did better they would do better. He even lied about having to sand down a wall before painting over it. As the job was close to being “done.” I called him and his workers called him and he was three hours late picking them up. I felt so bad I gave them something to eat and drink because it was past dinner time. When he came and finally picked them up. It looks like he was dressed for the club, which explains his priorities. I called to ask when he’d come over to fix every he messed up and re replied say “tomorrow at 2pm”. He was a no call no show even til this day. I painted my own walls that came out white, I fixed my plug outlets that now work. I had to hire someone to properly hang my TV up and fix the drywall that he also messed up.I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT!"
