My project was creating additional barrier walls in a home for the PadSplit app. We had to add 3 electrical outlets, as well as connect a clothes washer that required all lines electrical and water to be ran. You will meet Dario and others on his team who are incredibly polite, clean, and efficient. Project was completed in a little over a week. Budget: initial bid around $7800 + taxes, two owner approved add ons elevated the project around $600. (Plug relocation, and dryer vent routing) Payment was made in 3 payments over the life of the project. I like this as it lets you see the project be started first. "Our deck, steps and railings needed to be re-stained. We already had stain leftover. We had Jose and his workers applied the stain. We thought it had waterproofing included, but didn’t, so they bought water sealant and said they hand apply it with rags-rather than just using a paint brushes or rollers. He said that the sealer soaks into the wood more throughly applying it by hand with rags. Which of course is more labor intensive! To this day, the stain hasn’t worn away! What an amazing job they did and I wish I took pictures of them working, but didn’t."
