"I called around 10:30am, left message telling them the pump motor hummed a few seconds and then clicked off. Within 10 minutes, had a call back, Keith would be there within the hour. Keith arrived about 30 minutes later, and quickly installed the capacitor. My pool pump was running again by 11:30am, friendly conversation included. Can't imagine how you can beat that kind of service."

"Rob came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and thoroughly explained to me all of my options. A part was ordered and as soon as it arrived, he scheduled a follow up to install. After the part was installed and to save on labor costs, he gave me the option of refilling the hot tub and turning it back on after he left. I appreciated his honesty and desire to save me a little money. Due to Rob’s integrity, expertise, and customer service, he will be my go to resource for hot tub repair. I highly recommend his service."

"The folks at Waterloo did an excellent job. I was prepared for the bad news that I needed to replace my pool pump but after a quick inspection, they showed me the problem was only debris clogging the pump impeller causing it to lose suction. They explained all of their repairs, didn't mind me watching, and answered all my questions.  I will definitely hire them again."

"Removed existing fiberglass pool, hot tub, garden wall, glass sunroom, and all decking.
Installed gunite pool, new garden wall, and concrete decking.
The pool, garden wall, and decking are absolutely beautiful.
We did have a month delay in the project due to my selection of stone for the garden wall that had to come from overseas.
Can be a little slow to respond on minor issues at the end of project - but overall Texas Waterscapes is an excellent company that has extremely talented workman though all phases of the pool building, tiling, and concrete work.
