CARIBBEAN BLUE POOL SERVICE

Caribbean Blue Pool Service were very friendly and efficient. They cleaned everything up and didn't leave me a mess. It was fantastic. I have no complaints. Everything has worked fine since then.

I first contacted Cole with Carribean Pool Service based on the referral of a friend. Cole immediately called me back and told me it would cost approximately $250 to drain and pressure wash my pool and that if needed, an acid wash would be an additional $75. He told me he would call me the next day after he looked at his schedule to get something set up. When he hadn't called me I sent an email to Janet. Janet called me a week later to let me know : 1) a draining/pressure wash could cost anywhere between $250-500 and that they'd know more once they saw the pool. (I understand this since it's hard to quote a price sight unseen) 2) Ken would call me the following day to set up an appointment since "he's in charge of scheduling". (I was unsure why the person in charge of scheduling didn't call me since I had already stated I wanted to set up an appointment) Nobody called me until a week later when Cole called saying he would be by that day to give me an estimate. I was already a little frustrated at this point, but decided to continue down this road since my friend had recommended the company. Cole showed up and was very nice. He let me know it would cost $500 to drain and pressure wash. This is the highest end of the over the phone quote and I have a VERY small pool. That rubbed me the wrong way, but I have no clue how to do it myself so I told him to set me up an appointment. I reminded him that I had been trying to get them to return calls and schedule me for two weeks already. Cole apologized and said that would not be an issue again. A week later I hadn't heard from the pool company AGAIN. This time I sent a polite email telling them I was going to use a different company since I still hadn't been scheduled after 3 weeks. An hour later Cole called me to tell me he could be by that day. I let him know that wouldn't be necessary as I had already told the company I was going to use someone else. That should have been the end of it, but instead Ken decided to send me an email informing me that my pool was not a priority and that it was my fault nobody was calling me since I had tried to get work done when they were as "busy as pool men in springtime". I am thankful he took the time out of his busy schedule to email me and let me know how silly it was of me to expect them to want more business.

I cannot emphasize enough how worry-free my pool has been since Caribbean Blue has been maintaining it. I couldn't be happier with their service.

They came out the same day that we called them. Talked to us about proper chemical levels, advised on how much to drain the pool, and took water samples. We appreciated their quick response and their thorough explanations and service, so we hired them to become our weekly Pool Maintenance Service.

The owner was wonderful! He was so nice. I would recommend him to anyone in the Austin area who has a pool! Right now we are trying to get all the chemicals right, but I can't seem to get the chlorine right and our pool light just went out, so we may hire them for weekly pool service!

They answered our message promptly and came out the next day to look at our problem. He gave us an estimate right away. He was very reasonable with his prices. The installation was scheduled as soon as the replacement parts were available, and was performed on the promised day. The installation was done professionally. No mess was left.

I was thrilled with the work this company did. To begin with, they removed the banana trees hiding the area where the pool leaked, very careful so they could be replanted. They had to take down a portion of the raised be planter behind the pool and were very careful not to damage my plants. The estimate I had been given was $800 to $1600 depending upon how many leaks there were and in what location. It turned out there was just one leak in a joint which was easy to repair. They had it fixed by 11 am after getting to my house at 10. They went to lunch while the repair dried and then came back, tested to see if it held, and then replanted everything and rebuilt my raised bed and were done by 1 p.m. They were polite, professional, friendly and positively wonderful. They then presented me with a bill for $400. I was totally happy with this company and will call them immediately should I ever need further work done. This is the kind of service one hopes for and rarely finds.

They always came on time, and we felt they did a great job on maintaining and repairing our pool. They never left any messes and were very thorough in cleaning the pool. They came once a week and notified us before they did anything if they saw anything wrong.
