"Jonathan called me asking to call him to schedule time for a quote. I returned his call and we scheduled for him to come out the next day at 11:30am. I rearranged my meetings so I could meet. 11:30 came and gone, I finally called him at 12:05, he directed me to voicemail. I sent him a text asking if he was still coming out. He sent me a text back saying, they don’t service my area?? I said, we JUST spoke yesterday and he scheduled the appointment. He called me about 10 mins later saying he felt ‘obligated’ to give me a quote but decided he doesn’t service my area?!?? Absolutely ridiculous! He completely wasted my time after I rearranged my schedule to meet him and I was the one that had to call him! If that was the case, why not at least have the decency to call me and let me know. Instead he just waited, didn’t answer my call, only to finally tell me 45 mins into the scheduled appointment time, for him to say, never mind. I told him after this horrible experience I believe I’m so glad I DIDN’T hire him for the job. Shows what kind of shoddy business this guy is running."
