We phoned The Perfect Light and set an appointment to have a free estimate performed.  The young lady doing the estimate arrived on time.  She talked to us for awhile to determine what we wanted and how much we were willing to spend.  She had photographs of work they have performed and this gave us a good idea of what was available.  She then went outside, measured, and came back with suggestions...all of which we eventually took.  The price was not the cheapest, but I trusted this group.  They offered a significant discount if we let them do the installation early to avoid the holiday rush.  They installed all the lighting, transformers and other equipment necessary for the project.  We told them we would like the lights on the day after Thanksgiving.  They came back just before thanksgiving and installed the greenery, wreaths, and other lighting, so that all we had to do was flip the switch on the day we wanted the lights to go on.  The home looks beautiful...and we did not have to get on a ladder!  The installers were quick and efficient.  During the installation, the manager realized that the measurements were off by a little.  He added the necessary lighting and did not charge us the extra fee (based on linear footage).  About a week ago we had a few lights go out.  We called the company and told them the lights were not in a highly visible area, so no rush to replace them.  They came by that afternoon and replaced the blown out bulbs.  The company is very responsive and desires to please.  I called them to inquire about additional lighting in another area.  They came out, looked at what I was suggesting and gave me some recommendations.  They could have made some extra money here, but instead they showed me how this might make the entry look too busy.  I took their advice.  We are very happy with our decision to use The Perfect Light.  We trust them and enjoy working with them.

From initial contact, to on sight consultation, planning and installation project went smoothly. All contacted company members were courteous and professional. Installers were neat and did job as we wanted.

They are attentive to every little thing. If something is not right, they come right out and fix it. They have been very good to work with.

They were very professional. They want to do whatever you want; that's the way you work. They ask you what you envision happening with their house. They will do their best to pull it off. He will give you ideas, but he wants to know what you want. The pricing was fair, because you're buying quality.
