"Alan came out to look at the repairs needed and gave me a quote. He came back a few days later with the material and made the repairs. My tub is very old so after filling I had some leaks. i called Shortell and Alan came back out and fixed the leaks which were not part of his original quote. Older leak above apparently resulted in some mold growth between top floor and ceiling, so they had to tear it open, test, spray anti-microbial, then patch with drywall, texture, paint.
