"After reviewing Angie's list I called two of the top rated irrigation contractors in my area.  Mr. Brad Moore was the first to show up and also the first to provide a bid.  After waiting for the other company's bid to arrive I ultimately decided to go with Moore Irrigation since the company had such a good reputation and the bid was considerably lower.  Once the work was scheduled the installation crew showed up on time and completed the job expeditiously.  The crew foreman (Joe) was polite, professional and readily answered any questions I had.  He clearly explained the system's operation to me and demonstrated all of the various controller functions.  The system itself is "top shelf."  They use state of the art components and employed various techniques to appropriately irrigate our grass, trees and bedding plants.  I'm a stickler about "doing things right" and I honestly could not have been more pleased with both the quality of materials used and the craftsmanship of the installation.  Bottom line:  I feel very confident that I got a first rate sprinkler system at a very fair price.  I will most certainly be calling Moore Irrigation next spring when we are ready to expand the system to irrigate the next phase of our overall landscape plan.

"Ricardo gave a better quote than other companies. Him and his guys were there to do the job early on the day that we agreed on starting. Ricardo was very thorough in explaining what he was going to do and gave an accurate timeline for completion of the project. On the last day I had a doctors appointment and he waited for my return to connect and program my rain bird to wi-fi for access from my phone. He also took his time to show me each zone, turn them on, how to change the days or times I want to water, and how to give access to family members. Ricardo was very nice and said he would be back to ensure everything is going well with the irrigation system. He even put everything needed for n irrigation system in the backyard just in case I decide to get it done in the future. I highly recommend Obregon L&I. You will be happy you chose him for your project."

"Scheduling was great, an appointment was made immediately and the contractor arrived on the day scheduled. After that problems started. The contractor mowed my lawn while raining and I had piles of wet grass left on my lawn. When the grass dried I had a big mess. The dead grass also killed areas of my lawn. I contacted customer service, forward photos and they rectified that problem by sending someone out to recut my lawn. I was willing to give them another chance. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance. The day I was due to have lawn mowed I received an email that it had been reschedule for the next day. The next day no one showed nor did I receive a call nor email at which point I terminated services. This is not a reliable business."
