"Honest and dependable. I called Schwab air conditioning and they arrived on time , Not to mention it was already late in the evening . He had all the parts we needed on his van and Had us up and cooling in no time. No problems since. I Would highly recommend this company and will hire again when needed. I called several a/c company’s and Schwab a/c was the most reasonable in price . They quoted a price and after all said and done price was as quoted and not a dollar more. Very pleased with outcome."

"He has awesome customer service and seems to care about the people first, who just happen to be customers. Came to my house at 9:30 pm on a Saturday night to fix my AC. Me house was too hot for my babies to safely sleep in. I thought I was going to have to get a hotel. But he came to the rescue."

"Leave it to Dwayne and forget the rest! We've used Johnson Painting on multiple projects. Dwayne's customer service and craftsmanship will exceed your expectations. I cannot be happier with the outcome each and every time! He's proficient, friendly, and completes quality work. It’s very hard to find decent, caring contractors who genuinely care about producing quality work. We will continue to use AND refer all of our friends to Johnson Painting for our interior and exterior work!!"

"Jose and his team are professional tile installers. Fast and precise work, courteous, and complete clean up. Reasonable price for quality work. He did the small fix ups I wanted done as well. Jose wore a mask and was very polite and professional. He always returned calls. Very happy with his work. Will hire again"

Bathroom Fan Installation questions, answered by experts

Yes, dust and pollen on a fan can trigger allergy attacks in many people. Additionally, fan blades can hold onto potentially dangerous bacteria particles before they die out. That’s why it’s important to keep all of the fans in your home clean and dust-free, which will help avoid any sickness or allergy flare-ups.

Your bathroom exhaust fan shouldn't be loud. However, bath fans come in a wide variety of models, price points, and loudness characteristics, and yours may be louder or quieter than others you notice. Economy models tend to be the noisiest, with levels of 4.0 sones or more, which is about the sound of an electric shaver, while some high-end models can be barely audible.

Regularly clean the blades, check for loose screws, and lubricate moving parts to prevent noise and wear.

Your blower motor may make a loud sound if the bearings overheat or wear down as your system ages. You may also hear loud noises coming from your blower if it’s struggling to pull in air due to dirty or damaged ducts, closed or blocked vents, or a dirty air filter. Typically, this causes a loud whistling sound.

Identifying the source of noises is your first step to soundproofing a room without overspending. Generally, sound comes from inside or outside of the house. Inside noises include creaking floors, living noises like TVs in the living room, cooking sounds, or kids being kids. External noises generally include incremental weather, disturbing neighbors, and street traffic. Inside noises require you to soundproof floors, ceilings, and doors, whereas outside noises may require you to soundproof your attic, windows, and walls facing the streets.
