"Multiple delays in getting the lights up and responding to inquiries. Left over 30 bulbs lying on the ground on the neighbor's property. Asking if they could install the lights one evening and then not wreath cord visible. Asked for an estimate on replace soffit,etc and never heard anything back on that."
