They let me hover and answered questions along the way without letting me know I was probably annoying them. They stored the old equipment where I asked so that my brother can use it in his rental unit. I was told when they had to leave for a part, they rang the bell instead of just coming in when they got back. That's appreciated by the single girl. They finished before expected and were gone like the wind. He agreed to do the work as he had estimated. He had a bit of a setback because the guy that did his digging with equipment was scheduled for a medcal procedure. Shawn told me immediately and I agreed I could wait a few more days, and he had a back-up plan in case the guy he usually used wasn't better by then. Shawn showed up and knocked the work out. He ran into a bit of a snag and stayed late to make sure I had water back up and running that night. He even gave me a small break on the price for the delay that wasn't even in his control. They were to wash all the facia before they started painting. After being on the property for less than two hours they tried to tell us they had finished washing. It was clear to see that they had not done 90% of my house. They did not have a ladder, their high pressure sprayer ran out of gas after the two hours they spent trying to clean it and they did not have any gas with them. Again they were late the next day and they still did not finish the cleaning. On day three, they arrived on time and started painting but due to weather they left learly. The cleaning was not completed as is evident by them painting over mud houses from wasps and the honey combs homes that some wasps make. They still did not have a ladder to reach the peak of the second story which also means it was not cleaned. I also told them I did not want it spray painted. The owner assured me that while one guy was spraying the paint, another would be right behind him with a brush making it all even doing what he called a back brush. It is clear to see that they did not do a back brush at all. Some areas the paint is so thick that after only two days you can see the cracks. You can also see the lines where the paint gun was not spraying evenly and the paint is VERY thin. I also told him I did not want the brick painted and to protect my gardens. They assured me they are professionals and I had nothing to worry about. The job was supposed to cost $4200 and he asked for a deposit of $1000 and we paid it. Then in the middle of the job, he came back on Monday and asked for another $1000 to pay a creditor that he said called him and told him he was about to be 30 days overdue. Now we knew this was bad but we were already in it. On Tuesday I told him that I was unavailable to inspect the job until Saturday when I would make good on the balance due since they were not done yet. That Tuesday evening, the owner waited in our neighborhood for my wife to drive by and he followed her home and blocked her and my children in the garage and said he was not leaving until he got his money. I was not available to look at the house in the sun light, so of the $2200 balance he got $1400 to make him leave my property. My wife called me and she was frightened. I called the owner and told him I told his crew and foreman that I would inspect the job on Saturday morning and if everything was good, I would give him the balance due. That is when we paid him the $1400 to leave and a balance of $800 would be paid on Saturday. Friday, he again laid in wait for my family to drive home and he ambushed them at my home. This time when I called him I told him to leave my home and I would deal with him on Saturday after I had a chance to look at the house in the sunlight. My wife did call the Police this time, they called him and told him to stay away from my house or he would be arrested. Saturday I was able to look at the job they did and it was terrible. Shingles were painted white and then repainted black, not their original color. Brick was painted at nearly every corner. Gutters that were supposed to be painted were left undone. No back-brushing was done at all. Where the paint went on real thick it was already cracking after one week. You can see where it is very thin because the dirt is visable. My green gardens are now VERY speckled with white paint. Over spray covers my pool equipment. The patio furniture they moved was not returned to its original position. It was all moved several yards away. When they cleaned their equipment, they left paint spots all over my yard when I gave instructions as to where they could clean their equipment at. When I talked to the owner at the beginning of this job, he told me no one was more of a stickler than he was for doing a job right, getting the cleanup done, and followup with a customer. He told me that they get their business from word of mouth because they don't advertise so they always do a good job. Every word that came out of his mouth was a lie. They did not back brush like he told me they would, they did not clean up the brick like he told me they would, they did not keep their clean up spots to the one place I told them to, they did not do the caulking like they said they would, and they did not do the professional job like I was promised. I could have gotten a better job from the local high school and probably at a lot less money. I would not recommend these guys or this company to paint a single, flat wall."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/ar/texarkana/rrs-restoration-and-remediation-specialists-reviews-5713950.htm"},"position":9}]}

I couldn't be happier. They came out and explained what caused the issue and how to fix it. They explained the cost and they went into great detail on what equipment they would be using and how they would fix it. The stairway looks great and cleaned up everything.

My issues came in when he picked the good contractor for the construction and a good plumbing contractor for the sewer line but the painter he picked was totally useless, it was terrible. They came unprepared. They didn’t showed up with the equipment paint and he expect that the general...

Lloyd is very easy to work with, honest, reliable, friendly, hardworking, very helpful. Seems to have lots of experience with dirt work, and gravel work, well kept equipment, but is a small independent operator. Great for small/mid sized jobs in a rural setting.

We had a sewer main backup and needed it to be repaired. They were unable to even find the pipe they needed and told us that they didn't even have the right equipment for the job. We ended up having to hire another company to complete the work.

FAQs for playground equipment service projects in Lubbock, TX
The average cost of playground equipment installation is around $500, and most homeowners pay between $330 and $700, excluding the cost of the playground equipment itself. Your total project cost will depend on site preparation requirements, playset size, design complexity, number of accessories, and the swing set materials. Don’t forget to account for the cost of playground surfacing, which can cost between $15 to $160 per cubic yard or $225 per cubic yard for poured rubber.
It may be tempting to DIY the construction of a swing set to save money, but we don’t recommend it. Since children will use the swing set, the entire system must be solid and safe, meaning the cost savings aren’t worth potentially endangering them. Plus, most DIYers will have to build their swing sets out of wood, which won’t last as long as metal or vinyl and introduces the risk of splinters. Instead, hire a local playground equipment installer to ensure the swing set is built safely and efficiently, setting up your kids for fun for years to come.
Rubber mulch is widely considered the best material to place under a playset. This material option provides more cushioning than traditional wood mulch for added protection, remains cooler than sand and most other materials in direct sunlight, and it’s low maintenance. Rubber mulch is slightly more expensive than other common options at $120 per cubic yard on average, whereas pine bark mulch is $30 per cubic yard. But when it comes to your children’s safety, the investment is worthwhile. Consult your playground equipment installation company about material recommendations before starting this project.
Whether or not you need a permit to install a playground depends on where you live, as some cities require it and others don’t. You can contact your local building department to find the answer or ask your playground equipment installer if you need a permit. Reputable playground equipment companies will know the laws in your area and can help you apply for the permit and coordinate inspections. Building permits cost$250 to $2,000 for outdoor projects.
In most cases, your professional playground installer will put down a playground surface before assembling the fun-filled system. However, you should ask your installer about this service before booking an installment date. Most playground equipment installation companies offer service add-ons like leveling the area, laying down a surface, building a border to keep the surface material contained, and setting up the swing set.
