They did such a good job, that I hired them to put additional insulation in the attic and an attic fan that he recommended since my home did not have one and it was truly unbearably hot in the attic. When I noticed the fan was going full-time and not cutting off when the cold front came through, I let them know it was not cutting off and even though this installation was months ago, he came out and let me know there was a defective thermostat on the fan and he would replace it as soon as possible. This was no mistake the company made, but simply a lemon thermostat, just like my vacuum cleaner. The fact that he came out so quickly and didnâ t attempt any excuses, made this a mega-star experience.
