Itzik came for the consultation and looked throughout my house, which is new to me, and let me know all of the things that needed to be done, including properly protecting the recessed lighting protruding in the attic. They did such a good job, that I hired them to put additional insulation in the attic and an attic fan that he recommended since my home did not have one and it was truly unbearably hot in the attic. When I noticed the fan was going full-time and not cutting off when the cold front came through, I let them know it was not cutting off and even though this installation was months ago, he came out and let me know there was a defective thermostat on the fan and he would replace it as soon as possible.
