The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. Those 3 guys came in and really reassured the customer with their innovative ideas for problem areas and willingness to do extra things for which they aren't obligated. They keep the communication going where a large business can't. In fact, my only negative experience with Sears was the phone tag with the project coordinator. But, that's to be expected with a large business. Thankfully, the siding crew filled in the gaps."
