"Team did not know what they were doing, always confused. Starz overquoted and underperformed. They used nails instead of screws, causing deep holes, missing nails, loose ends, cheap, splintered wood, and deck was 50 inches tall, requested 52. There were various cuts in the wood, wood splitting, a piece of wood loose where they cut the post hole and didn't secure it to the deck. For the pool, they used regular sand, not compaction sand. The bottom of the pool is bumpy. They put the pool coves behind the uprights holding the frame firm. They had to take the pool apart to take out the coves and put back the uprights. The first time they installed the pool, it was 2 inches higher than the deck. They broke down the pool and removed sand on one side to meet up with the deck. The pool is lopsided and water is 6 inches deeper on one side. I had to pay an additional $300 for them to reinstall. The second time they installed the pool, it still did not flush with the deck. I have to redo it all."

"The salesman was extremely difficult, abrupt, and argumentative and I am not sure why we went ahead with the company except that they gave us a reference of a woman near us that had a lot of work done (different salesman too) and her rennovation was beautiful. When we did not have to deal with our salesman, our experience was pleasant. The office was easy to work with, the contractors were on time as promised, professional and neat and excellent craftsmen. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Gearold White and his co-worker showed up right on time to do the job.  I have a lot of concrete, three large driveways, side walks, and a large concrete area surrounding my in ground pool.  All of this concrete had turned black with mold and dirt, and had become very unsightly.  They proceeded to put down a cleaner/mold killer on all the pavement, and then used large buffer machines to scrub the cleaner in and remove the mold/black build up.  Gearold also took it a step further, and when going by any fixed object (out door lamps, patio windows, ect...) he would hit them with the pressure washer and spiff them up just because he could!  I can't say enough good about this man, and his work ethics.  I would recommend him to anyone, and would not worry in the least about what their experience with him would be like.

"After a notice from our Homeowner Assoc. about our siding, we got 3 estimates for replacement. Kevin at Pay-Less came out, showed us the products they use, explained the process and gave us a written estimate. This estimate was thousands less than the other 2 which made us nervous. After checking other reviews we decided to go with their bid and are very happy we did. Simply put, they did everything they said they would. A team of up to 8 were working on the house for a week, cleaning up as they went along. If there was any questions (I had asked for some cosmetic additions) the crew chief would check with me before proceeding.The only dispute concerned the type of primer ( I had requested Sherwin Williams) and they were using a generic brand. I asked the crew chief about it, he called the office and they went right down to the Sherwin Williams store for more primer no questions asked. I have been asked by many in my neighborhood who did my house and I have no problem recommending Pay-Less Siding.
