He met with us and presented us with a design that allowed us to discuss with him changes and also served as as a document that we had to use to get approval for the changes with our HOA. His crew built the beds frame with white limestone and completely remove all of the old grass and weeds. We settled on Zoysia sod to increase the drought tolerance( We had St Augustine previously) We also had the sprinklers changed to low flow Hunter MP heads that lay down water at a lower rate minimizing runoff.
