"It is hard to believe a once reputable company could handle my home recklessly and create more damage than they came to repair. They were hired to clean dust from redoing hardwood floors. Period. They sent a third-party team - without disclosing it - which somehow stirred up soot with their air cleaning machine. When they came to fix their own mess, their hoses ruined the newly done hardwood floors with scratches and scraped the new wallpaper. They poured water on the floors and scrubbed them such that they also buckled. Everything had to be redone. They would not accept responsibility, They literally RUINED the rooms they were in when they came to clean dust. Just dust. The crews tried to blame the A/V techs who were working in another part of the house and didn’t have any equipment on them but tablets for programming. But we quickly saw that lack of accountability starts with the owner, who has never called back. Upon researching how this company could have become so incompetent,, I learned they over priced services when people’s home insurance will pay. This once was an honest business. Now, it is NOT. It is a hazard to bring them into your home. It is corruption."

"Crew showed up right on time, actually ten minutes early both times. Installation went very smoothly, they draw templates in advance so the work at the house goes fast, just minor shaping and cutting. They set up in my driveway to finish the slabs and did not make a mess. They require you to have a Plumber re-install fixtures which I understand, and all of this is explained to you in advance. I also liked being able to roam around their yard and look at all of the Granite, Marble, and Quartz slabs available. Very helpful and accommodating staff."

"My husband and I highly recommend Icon Granite service on countertop installation service. We are very pleased with the excellent job completed by Icon Granite and especially by Oscar and his team. Oscar and his team had completed the job professional, beautiful, on schedule at the very reasonable price. Oscar is friendly, polite, honest and very talented. First he went to the stone shops with us to select the best slabs for us then he spent lot of time thinking a way to cut our expensive stone in the most efficiency way with minimum waste to save us money from buying another slabs (while other contractors would not go through this thinking exercise and just asked us to buy extra slab). He aslo amazingly cut my 2 extra long 115" bathroom countertops without any seaming or breaking.
