Earlier in day, another contractor showed up, but it did not take long for us to realize that he had never worked with laminate before. I knew the process, just no experience or tools. Steve listened as I shared my story, and it was clear that he and his team were true professionals. The person who showed up was very professional. The box was not built perfectly, but he took the time to make it better. The work was completed in good time. No mess left behind. The remnants were placed back in the box. "After moving into our new home, when removing carpet from the master bedroom, we found an ongoing water leak from the master bath shower and old termite damage surrounding it. The team did a great job in removing all of the rotted/damaged wood and rebuilding the shower, making it a little larger, leak free, installing a light, a grab bar, and finishing it off with some nice new ceramic tile. What had been an unfortunate unknown issue before we purchased the home turned into a much nicer and brighter walk in shower."
