Fixed the problem; explained why it broke down & how to care for A/C in general. The cost I wrote in here for the service call is approximate because I also had them service the A/C at my office. He communicated well throught the entire process by calling and emailing me to keep me informed about when my system would be installed and answered any questions I had filling out paperwork for the contract.
