"I asked him to come check out the breaker box to check out the wiring i had suspicion about, before i arrived he was already installing a copper ground rod that he said I needed. He installed it with out my permission and it ran me an extra $125 dollars that i was not anticipating. The actual work and only thing i wanted him to do was to check the wiring inside the breaker box.... With my permission he installed the 20 amp breaker for $80... which i think is over priced. So over all I was not pleased because they came in and starting working with out me instructing them on what i wanted them to look at and what services to perform. Before i could even tell them they already had the bill ready and just needed my payment, what could i do when the work is done and they just need my credit card information? I feel like i was taken advantage off. I will not use them again, because i felt like they just wanted to get the work done and leave as soon as possible with out giving me the time of day to explain my concerns."

"It went great. The one unit was not cooling very well but I decided was all the windows in the back of my house. The unit had frozen up and was dirty out side from all the yard work we had been having done. As mine was dethowing he even helped my neighbor out with her problem.
