Local family owned air conditioning company with 25+ years of experience. I offer free second opinions on another company’s diagnosis of your system. No overtime charge. Free estimate on equipment change outs. I do air quality testing for your home or business. Dehumidification, solving airflow issues, repair or maintenance, system design, I can do it. "Our system was not cooling and we needed it checked for all issues that could be causing it. The technician did incomplete checks and declared the issue was just that the plug was not in place, he did not give us an estimate for approval, he directly billed us to pay $275 for putting the plug in place. After a few days the issue with our cooling reappeared, he came back and mentioned there could be leak but refused to check where the leak was without another payment. When he came the first time he should have at least checked our system properly for the $275 he charged us. They just declared everything is good without even checking with the meter."

Now today ... during our ice/snow armageddon it went out again. I called and Chris FaceTimed with me .. looked at what was up and talked me through how to relight the system myself. Good news .. I now have heat! I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their heating and cooling system! They not only helped, but assured me .. a 60 yr old woman .. everything would be OK and safe. That is a VERY rare quality!"
