They came at the agreed upon time. Great customer service. Located the problem and made the repairs. Impress me enough to give them additional work on this service call. Very good experience with this company.

Andy was prompt and kept in touch since I was hiring him long distance from Texas to do work in Knoxville. He had to create access to an attic and then search for and solve the problem of a dead ceiling light. He continued to search for the problem and didn't give up until he found a live wire that should not have been there. He ran new wire and finally, we have light in the front room. The house was built in 1899 and the attic floor was covered with coal dust and added insulation. But, nonetheless, he worked through all the issues and found a solution. Andy was great to work with.

Andy was punctual, highly skilled, and very efficient. He installed a ceiling fan and wired both a wall switch and a remote control. He also resolved a problem with wiring in the kitchen. In both instances his experience was very clear. Great, personable customer service.

He was hired to replace a breaker after a new water heater was installed by a plumber. When the power was turned on to the water heater, he noticed smoke from the top of water heater. Which was incorrectly rewired by the plumber. Had After hours not checked this my house would have probably burned down. He fixed this immediately. I will be forever grateful. They are quick to return a service call, do premium work and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you After Hours.
