He took care of the rust from spreading on my ac unit, installed a new water heater with drip pan, and patched up a piece of sheet rock that was falling off my wall. I did not expect to have to change out my water heater that day. But as he was draining it, to install the drip pan, there was rust water shooting out of the hose. He was very fair in what he charged me, considering how much time/attention to detail he put in. He even went with me to purchase the water heater. He really did go the extra mile.
