They showed up on time. The price is reasonable compared to the work they did. I am pretty happy with them.

Sunbelt has resolved all of our HVAC issues. I feel they give honest information and quotes, and have performed very good work.

Did install partially but gave me incorrect information about not needing the c wire. Took multiple calls to the office to schedule a time for the tech.

The on-call contractor put in a service call and immediately I got a callback to schedule a service visit with an estimate. One day later, the Sunbelt technician showed up on time and performed a 4-hour service our unit and the outside hardware for both units, he spent more time even when he realized our A/C was low on Freon, so he went back to his office and got the gas tanks, came beck and re-filled our units, the guy was a true gentleman and even had a nice talk about motorcycling, since we are both bikers. Great job! The final bill was a bit over budget, but I did not get charged extra hours for all the time the tech had to invest in getting the gas and performing maintenance on the outside machinery. GREAT JOB, SUNBELT!
