"It was just fine. The representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. He spent a great deal of time with us. It was a good experience. He was here for 5 hours and he put in the system. We moved here in October and he put in the system in November. The initial expense was substantially more than the monthly service because we had to buy the equipment. We've had a couple of instances of not being able to log into our system effectively and they have corrected that with different apps. We didn't shop around to compare prices.
