Over the years, I have gained experience working with almost every type of pool. I started by working at a small pool repair company in Plano. Within two years, I became the foreman. For the next 10 years, I worked as a subcontractor for a variety of large pool companies in the Dallas area. In 2009, he created FG Pool Repair LLC. I started designing pools in January of 1997 for a larger family owned company that was at the time located in Plano. After working in the mall for a large company with striped referee like shirts after high school, I started on a drafting board using a mechanical pencil. After about 4 years hand drawing, I learned to design using the Auto CAD 2D program. Now I use CAD to initially design, then trace if requested into a 3d rendering. In 2008, the economy took a nosedive. I was working for another company in the metroplex at the time and was let go based on how sales were slowing almost to a complete stop. I knew that everyone that already had an older pool needed to be maintained. I started selling remodels full time from 2008 until now. I got back into designing and selling new pools in 2020. I will continue to do remodels as that is my "bread and butter" . When I sell a new project, it is a great bonus! I refuse to build and remodel more pools than 1 person can handle.

They wanted to charge me $150 to replace a $25 part to have someone come back out the next day. I opted to simply cancel my service. The owner, Blake, goes out of his way to promote his faith and assure you he's a God fearing man. Oh how that changes when you cancel. Once I did that he repeatedly said to me all "yall" are the same. That prompted me to ask this man of God what he meant by "yall" and what group/category was he putting me into. I never got an answer to my inquiry. He just continued to repeat all "yall" are the same. Customers should know who they're actually working with before agreeing to service."
