After serving as a Tarrant County Appraisal Review Board member for the maximum term of 6 years, Cheryl Thomas knew that she had to do more to help home and business owners save money on their property taxes. As a former Tarrant County ARB member, Cheryl was able to witness first hand how frustrated homeowners were when they were unable to get the results that they deserved.
