From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm. "Unit never worked from day 1 had to get Southern Way Heating and Air come in and fix Halfmanns mess. After Halfman tried for 2 months and could never fix it. They left heater hoses disconnected and just laying on insulation which If it had worked, we would have died of Carbon Monoxide Poisoning. I did turn heater on 3 different times glad it didn't blow hot air. Ac would freeze up within 30 min of turning it on and stopped blowing cold air. JASON FROM Southern had it up and running in about 30 min. Wish I could upload photos of their mess."
