Mathan was on-time and did his work very effectively. He replaced a faulty part and brought everything up to peak performance. If you're looking for bad service, this is the perfect company. They take no responsibility for poorly done work, even though the contractors are part of their network. "Unit never worked from day 1 had to get Southern Way Heating and Air come in and fix Halfmanns mess. After Halfman tried for 2 months and could never fix it. They left heater hoses disconnected and just laying on insulation which If it had worked, we would have died of Carbon Monoxide Poisoning. I did turn heater on 3 different times glad it didn't blow hot air. Ac would freeze up within 30 min of turning it on and stopped blowing cold air. JASON FROM Southern had it up and running in about 30 min. Wish I could upload photos of their mess."

If you want details, please proceed... Marty was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He came by between other jobs the day before the install to talk through the process and answer all of our questions. He was candid, clear, and very professional. Marty and his team showed up on time and after a brief review of the process, jumped right into the job at-hand. Marty s team included his son and three other young men. They were all polite, friendly, and professional as well. They completed the install in under 4 hours. We had some other work being done on the roof and he coordinated with us to make sure all of fit together perfectly. I highly recommend Marty and his team!
