The service on my refrigerator went very well. Clay was very knowledgeable and he did an excellent job in a timely manner with reasonable prices. I will use Outlaw Appliance again when I need other appliances repaired.

Clay came out and fixed my washing machine. He was in and out in about 2 hours and answered all of my questions!

Prior to recently opening his own appliance repair business, Clay has actually made two service calls to our house over the past several months - one to replace a worn out part on our Speed Queen dryer and, a couple of months later, a repair/part replacement on our Speed Queen washer. We have been favorably impressed by his overall knowledge, work ethic, and professional communication. He performed the required repairs for a fair price and inspected both appliances' other "prone to wear out" components while he was here. He reported the results of these secondary inspections and stated that no additional repairs were recommended. I definitely feel comfortable recommending him to our friends!

Clay, formerly with Lubbock Appliance, has recently started his own business. He does really good work; is very qualified, respectful, thorough, and a conscientious worker. He knows his stuff, and explained things so I could understand. He fixed my LG washer this past October 2024. I thought I'd have to buy a new one.  And recently, since I knew he had worked also for HVAC companies, I hired him to come service / provide maintenance for our 2015 Lennox. 

I had 2 burners on electric stove that were over heating. He ordered the parts and came back to install. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed in a knowledgable & program fashion. I definitely will hire for any future work. If you need a professional and reasonably priced company, this is the one!
