Bathroom and kitchen remodel. All flooring . Fences. Ect. We then had them at our buildings . Welding a loft in our office for formal functions. Very elaborate. Plumbing electrical painting and they did an awesome cave shower at our Dallas office. Then I sent them 2 x to Galveston to work on my beach house. Major framing and flooring. Chandeliers redoing the electrical panel and basically everything. They are honest. They have worked for us for 2 years non stop ..on multiple properties... .every day. Their team is $750 a day. This sounds high however bid work is astronomical in comparison. Mr. Hodges runs a small crew. Dependable. Honest and reasonable. We offered them permanent positions with our company. He declined . He has stage 4 bone cancer and I get it. He likes his freedom We will keep them busy as long as we keep buying buildings to remodel. His concrete work is also a skill he has done for us.
