They were On time, did a great job, clean up after work, and I'm very pleased with the work .

We hired Bill to remove popcorn from the ceilings and re-texture & to fix some drywall cracking/bowing. He did everything we asked and went above and beyond by patching up extra little things around the house. The estimate was reasonable and given on the spot, the entire job was completed ahead of schedule. Very friendly and personable, we would hire him again.

Smith and Sons set up meeting at property promptly the same day I called. Mr. Smith was on time, courteous, and provided an estimate on the spot. He filled out a contract, which I signed, and the work was started the next morning. The work was completed perfectly in a day and one half and complete cleanup was accomplished. I was in need of a handyman and I have found the perfect one. On time, reliable, and reasonably priced.

Completed the project as agreed and ahead of schedule. Easily accommodated any slight changes or additional requests made during the project without a problem. Respectful, friendly, and thorough. I'll definitely use them again to complete additional projects at my new (1951) home.

Returned as scheduled & completed 1st phase & returned at an agreed upon time to complete phase 2. Job was completed quickly & cleanly. Mr. Smith was very polite & his work was well worth what was charged. I will definitely use Smith & Sons Construction in the near future.

Some of the rotted wood I thought would be replaced was only painted over. The long piece of trim that was replaced was about three inches short of being long enough.
