They identified the problems with the product and informed me immediately, suggesting possible solutions, but also making sure I understood any risks with the various options. The table was constructed timely, with no issues, while we ultimately decided the bookcases were too defective. I will call Randle's back for assembly help when I replace the defective bookcases or for any other handyman tasks I have."
