"Hiram and his company are top notch! We originally found him 5 years ago when we moved into a new house that had rats in the attic. He is super honest and easy to work with, and quickly solved our rodent issues and sealed up all the entry points for reasonable cost. We had the attic re-insulated afterwards and haven't had any issues since. We called him back a couple years later to install two fireplace log kits and repair some parts of a broken outdoor fireplace. Today he came out to ease my mind about animal noises I heard that I thought were coming from inside the attic (but apparently were on the roof). "Jacob provided the estimate and personally inspected the completed project. The project involved a lot of variety – primarily adding new guttering where none existed and removing/replacing existing undersized gutters. This included had some one-story, and a lot of two-story gutters. It also involved adapting downspouts to an underground drain as well as routing downspouts to avoid dropping second-story water on to a first-story roof. Even with the complexity of the task, the Northwest’s price was quite reasonable based on other estimates. The install crew was courteous, quick, and thorough. The completed project looks great. I can recommend Northwest Gutter & Construction without hesitation."

"This is a very bad place to do business. Yes they give free estimates that are outrageous and they are very intimidating and high pressure. They have pictures of other places and try to to tell you it yours. They do a very poor job. Cant even clean a dryer vent properly. Never again. i will find a better place. try stanley steemer."

Since then, over six weeks now and I’ve left messages on all his different contact numbers, on Messenger and I honestly believe he doesn’t want the job now. Not a single return call or message."
