"Worked with Alan at Northwest Fence and Iron.  We were fixing our upper outside balcony and needed to remove the wrought iron fencing. It was in desperate need of repainting or replacing.  Alan worked with us on choosing the best route of either repainting or replacing.  Since we needed to have it removed anyway, it was cheaper to have a new one installed.
They were very professional and worked with us on the timing for installation since we were working with several contractors.

"Worked with Rey. Scheduled a time for him to measure the 3 backyards that were originally to be fenced. Rey arrived on time driving a very clean pickup. (I believe that those organizations that keep their equipment clean and neat will take equal pride in their work.) Rey took measurements and assured me that he would deliver a very competitive bid within 48 hours. Rey did complete the bid timely and at a price that was $12.00 a foot below that of Lowes and $16.00 below that of the home builders price . My neighbor was so impressed with the price that he fenced his backyard as well. Note: Rey wanted no money upfront with payment due only upon satisfactory completion of the project. Rey supplied an outline of his pr object for each of the 4 yards for submission to the hoa review committee.The project was started 3 days after approval with his staff arriving 10 minutes early. The first day, a team of 4 installers arrived and installed the support posts. The posts were buried in 18 inches of concrete ensuring a strong base for the rails. Upon completion of the post install, the yards were cleaned and all trash was removed. Day 2 the staff arrived 20 minutes early, less traffic, and installed the fence. They took great care to place the gates in the proper areas as requested by each party. Upon completion of the installation, each picket was individually cleaned. Wow, what a professional group! Again, the yard was cleaned. The result is 4 very pleased customers. No money was paid per Rey until we could assure him that we were pleased. We would definitely recommend AAA to anyone interested in having a fence installed at a competive price. As an aside, the fence is steel that has been powder coated ensuring that we will not be seeing rust spots as sometimes occurs with wrought iron fencing. We give them an A+!
