It took a little while to get our calendars aligned (he's super busy) but once we did everything moved along quickly. They were in and out in just a few days. Dave's father Taught him that he needed to decide if he wanted to be just another fence builder or if he wanted to provide a QUALITY product and SERVICE. He evaluated the sterling silver set we had to sell and gave us what we felt was a very fair price. He'd given us an estimate on the value of the gold coins via email, and although the price of gold had fluctuated since he'd provided the quote, the final price was very, very close to the initial quote. We were happy to learn that they will also buy jewelry, as I have a few pieces I haven't worn in a very long time. We were very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely return to their company when we have gold or silver to sell, and we're happy to recommend them to our friends. One thing to keep in mind is that sterling silver sets are basically worth the price of the silver itself. "HOME OWNERS BEWARE! I am having to come out with a statement regarding this company. They installed doors that were not built to standard on our home. We spent thousands of dollars on these French doors. Lance, the gentleman we worked with at the Front Door Company on Burnet, said he would replace the faulty doors. However, he has since changed his mind and instead sent over a repair man to rig them to the best of his best ability. Not only that, but in the time it took Lance to decide not to stand by his word, the doors were left unprimed and open to the elements during several rainy days. Unfortunately, I broke my ankle and we have neither the hearts nor the time to deal with this company anymore. It sounds like they get many things right, but when they get it wrong, boy do they get it wrong!"
