"When I scheduled the service I was given a quote that was over $100 more than what I paid so I was happy about that. I wasn't home when the work was performed but when I arrived home I was very happy to see clean windows and clean window screens. My husband advised the work was performed in a timely manner by professionals. I will use this company again.
THANKS for making my life easier and my windows sparkling clean!!

"i have been using A&A twice a year for more than 15 years. i would not have stayed with the company if the service wasn't first-rate. i have a large house with a lot of windows (and screens); A&A leaves them all spotless every time. i like that A&A will come out 40 miles west of austin for my windows. and i like the owner and chief washer joel -- he's works very hard and always has top-notch helpers. plus, he laughs at my jokes."

You should sand in the direction of the wood grain to avoid damaging the timber. When sanding your deck, use medium pressure and aim for an even sand. Pressing too hard with a sander can damage decks, as most are softwoods.

DIY is possible, but professional services ensure even removal, safety compliance, and proper cleanup.

Soda-blasting systems are slightly more expensive than sandblasting systems. To soda blast, you’ll need to spend a few hundred dollars for a blast hose and nozzle, a compressed air supply, a blast generator, a moisture decontamination system, and sodium bicarbonate media, a recurring cost because the powder is not reusable. To start with sandblasting, you will need to spend upwards of $30 for a blast pot, a blast gun, an air compressor, and sandblasting media, many of which are recyclable—further reducing the cost. The total cost for either will depend on the size of the system.

Yes, many professionals use dustless or water-based blasting methods for reduced environmental impact.

You can concrete can be done when it’s wet or dry. However, it’s safer when wet, as harmful dust and chemicals are present. Sanding it when dry is faster, but you’ll agitate more dust and chemicals, meaning you’ll need to be more careful.
