We also wanted to replace the windows on the back of the house to something more efficient. Due to working from home, we decided to proceed with our project. I contacted Audie and he promptly provided me an initial quote based upon photos I had sent. Being a procrastinator, I didn't do anything for a few weeks, but decided to move forward and got a couple of other quotes during this time. I had narrowed it down to JASB and one other contractor and contacted Audie to make sure his quote was still valid. At that time we scheduled an in-person walk around so he could see what I wanted done. He explained everything that they would do and I asked him to do some additional items that weren't on the original quote. I was quickly provided with an updated quote showing the additional work. I chose JASB because I feel more comfortable with Audie than I did with the other provider. Once we proceeded with the project, he kept me informed of scheduling measurements and delivery of the materials. JASB's crew arrived promptly at 8:00 on the scheduled day and went to work. Alex and his crew were great and put up with my OCD at times. During the project, if I had any questions Audie or Alex were quick to answer them. Our project was completed in a timely manner and the crew cleaned up the jobsite completely. I recommend JASB and will definitely use them again for other projects."
