This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. "Will be making a more in depth review but just wanted to share what my items looked like at drop off, also still missing a TV, a bookshelf, and a side table & we have not unpacked our boxes yet so i’m sure things are broken in there as well. Please never use this company. They are the absolute worst. Paid almost $3600 for them to break and lose more than half of our items. UPDATE: Still have yet to unpack any boxes. Just found out they also Broke our 1 out of 2 TVs the other one is still “missing” the whole top of the TV is bent. ripped our couch, lost the legs to our couch, lost all of the screws to both of our desks, lost the legs to our kitchen table as well. We are missing about 6 items total as of now. Our boxes look like someone opened them and went through them. This is absolutely crazy how dare you even claim to be a business."
