He lived in a small building without elevator thus moving the furniture would be a little complicated. At the end of the day he moved without any issue, his furniture and appliances arrived in destination safe and with no damages. Everything was properly packed and protected. "Pack and load was on same day, so it was a long day. I was given a delivery time frame between 3 days after the load to 7 days after the load. Sadly, it did take the full 7 days, and there was some damages to my new floors from the move-in, but overall, the move accomplished what I needed."

"The move was professionally done. Members of the moving team were pleasant and informative. They carefully assessed the best way to get the piano in my house. Unfortunately, an accident occurred when moving the piano out of the seller's house, leaving some gashes in the wood along the front of the piano. I was not there and the seller did not see what happened, so have no idea why the damage occurred. The company was most gracious in giving me a reduced moving fee for the damage. This should help in covering costs to try to hide the wood damage."
